Job Description
The Mediator and Intake Specialist role involves:
- Communicating with consumers and businesses regarding complaints.
- Analyzing and resolving consumer complaints based on DCWP regulations.
- Maintaining the agency database and generating reports.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Performing data entry and recording detailed notes in the system.
- Following up on and closing consumer complaints in a timely manner.
- Answering calls and directing callers appropriately.
The role also requires:
- Processing mail within specified timeframes.
- Providing front desk reception and assisting walk-in consumers.
- Preparing training materials and training others as needed.
