Seeking an Azure Administrator to join the Production Support Team, responsible for managing the agency’s applications, providing technical support and leading troubleshooting activities; serve as the SME on small projects and on various operational/production support tasks as assigned. Responsibilities include Azure Management, Deployment & Provisioning, Security & Compliance, Backup & Recovery, Troubleshooting, Documentation, and Collaboration.
The prospective candidate will monitor performance, review work assignments and provide training and assistance as needed. They will guide, coach and assist staff with employee issues and concerns, and will perform clerical work including complex data processing functions. This person will review confidential information to determine eligibility to obtain licenses, check records for accuracy, and monitor and provide coaching to other staff. They will also provide high-volume customer service in person and via phone.
As a Procurement Analyst, you will prepare documentation for solicitation of goods and services, analyze bids and proposals, and conduct contract negotiations. You will also ensure contract compliance, monitor funded programs, and assist with the agency's Minority and Women Owned Entity (MWBE) program. This role involves preparing MWBE reports, assisting with small and micro purchase solicitations, and performing contracting functions in various financial management systems.
The Operations Manager will oversee division procurements, budgeting and invoicing in support of the agency’s financial empowerment projects and programs, including NYC Free Tax Prep, the NYC Financial Empowerment Centers and recently announced programs to bring financial and consumer education to public school students. The ideal candidate must excel at building relationships, demonstrate interest in the City’s efforts to improve the financial health of all New Yorkers, is process-oriented and can effectively manage multiple projects and timelines.
