JV Accounting Ownership:
- Own monthly close and financial reporting for JV entities
- Maintain partner capital accounts
- Ensure proper GAAP treatment for JV investments
Fund Accounting:
- Own monthly close and financial reporting for the Private Credit Fund and Opportunistic Fund
- Record investment activity including debt purchases, equity investments, interest accruals, and fees
- Support Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and investment performance reporting
Servicer + Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Own the accounting relationship with our third-party fund servicer
- Review monthly servicer deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and GAAP alignment
- Partner with Investments on deal structures and cash flow mechanics
