Sr. Engineer, Application Development - Salesforce

The Sr. Engineer for Application Development - Salesforce will collaborate with architects and other product and development resources to design and implement scalable, integrated, enterprise solutions. This role includes creating diagrams and supporting documentation of architectural concepts, processes, workflows, tooling, and coding standards for both technical and non-technical team members. The candidate will write code, mostly complex logic and application design and patterns base structure, and perform code reviews. You will participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and story pointing, while leading development teams in properly implementing reference architectures, tooling, coding standards, and best practices. This position involves supporting releases management and deployment activities and mentoring junior members of the development teams.
