Senior Project Manager

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Poland or Croatia. Our client is one of the leading British renewable energy companies specializing in zero-carbon power generation. They own and operate several power plants, focusing on sustainable biomass production, renewable electricity generation, and distribution to businesses. The company manages a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets, including biomass, hydroelectric, and pumped hydro storage facilities across the UK. The role involves these responsibilities: Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop full-scale project plans and track project tasks/milestones using appropriate tools Effectively analyze and report on project status Monitor project budgets (where applicable), ensuring efficient use of the investment Confidently remediate at risk or underperforming projects in collaboration with project teams Define project success criteria and communicate success criteria throughout the project life cycle
