Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services across a microservices estate (Go, NestJS/TypeScript, Python).
• Own the AI-backed document processing and classification service (Python/FastAPI).
• Mentor mid-level engineers on system design and debugging methodology.

Required Skills:

• Backend engineering depth in Go and/or Python; TypeScript/Node useful.
• Data modeling and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Distributed and cross-service debugging.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in high-growth startups and larger engineering organizations.
• Accounting, fintech, or correctness-critical domain experience.
• Document processing, OCR, or information-extraction pipelines.
