Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical architecture of agentic systems on Claude, including workflow mapping, runtime selection, and tool governance.
- Mentor engineers across geographies and drive delivery with evaluation-driven development and observability.
- Partner with client risk, security, and governance teams to ensure compliance and durable adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in software engineering with significant client-facing delivery of LLM-based agents.
- Deep hands-on experience with the Claude API, Agent SDK, MCP servers, and agentic coding practices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, cloud deployment (AWS), and evaluation framework design.
