Python
Cloud Infrastructure and Delivery:
- Build and maintain ExTrac's AWS infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in production (Docker, Kubernetes, Argo).
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for frequent and safe feature delivery across multiple environments.
Backend Service Delivery:
- Take a well-scoped problem, shape requirements with your lead, write a technical design, and ship to production.
- Develop and own Go and Python microservices supporting data collection, processing, and querying.
- Design and maintain APIs used by internal teams and customers, and contribute to system design discussions.
Reliability, Observability, and Security:
- Instrument services and infrastructure with Prometheus and Grafana to monitor latency, cost, and reliability.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews, turning learnings into fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Implement and maintain controls supporting US compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and CMMC.
