Teaching Assistant: Data Center Technician

Program Structure:

• Program runs from July 27th to November 5th, 2026, with lectures on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM ET.
• Attend mandatory TA onboarding and weekly staff meetings with camera on for active engagement.
• Submit weekly write-ups by Sunday at 8:00 PM ET summarizing accomplishments and learner insights.

Teaching Support:

• Monitor Pumble channels like #c1-TA and #live-chat to answer learner questions promptly.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures and assist if the lead instructor faces technical difficulties.
• Hold up to six individual office hours per week via Zoom or Google Meet for personalized learner support.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in physical data centers or similar technical environments is required.
• Must have mentoring or supervisory experience, with empathy and patience for diverse learners.
• Fluent English and professional communication skills are essential, with A+ or Network+ certification as an asset.
