Product Designer

Play a central role in shaping the design of SwissBorg's flagship app and any associated services. Your primary responsibility will be to craft an exceptional onboarding experience, guiding users seamlessly from the moment they download the app to becoming integral members of our community. You will participate in crafting end-to-end user flows that prioritise seamless and exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with our development teams during the handover process, ensuring that design requirements are meticulously communicated and accurately implemented. To continuously enhance our products, you will diligently analyse user feedback, extracting valuable insights to improve existing features. In tandem with fellow designers, you will contribute to maintaining design consistency by actively adhering to our internal Design System.
