Responsibilities:
- Enable enterprise client onboarding success and troubleshoot SSO/authentication issues (SAML, OAuth) to ensure seamless platform adoption.
- Coordinate development lifecycle for third-party integrations and SIEMs, while proactively identifying and scaling customer limits on the platform.
- Bridge communication gaps between engineering and non-technical functions, enabling API/webhook setups for marketing, CSMs, and sales engineers.

- Proficient technical background in APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management to support complex integrations.
- Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders across time zones, maintaining deadlines and clear communications.
