Asana System Architecture & Administration:
- Configure and maintain Asana workspaces, teams, projects, portfolios, templates, and custom fields
- Develop scalable project and task structures aligned with organizational workflows
Workflow Automation:
- Design and implement automation rules within Asana
- Build cross-platform automations using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and Make
Reporting & Dashboards:
- Build dashboards and reporting structures within Asana
- Develop KPI tracking and operational reporting mechanisms
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and automating Asana
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and process design
