Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Compliance mailbox, handle client requests, and coordinate with other departments.
  • Prepare written responses to routine security and compliance inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of information security best practices and audit frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum five to eight years in information technology.
  • Associate degree in business or related field; CISA certification preferred.
  • Technical writing and SOP development a plus.
