About the Role:
- Own the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of healthcare data powering Abacus Insights' platform.
- Architect automated testing frameworks and lead data validation strategy at scale.
Your Day to Day:
- Build automated data quality validation frameworks and dashboards.
- Drive root cause analysis and remediation for high-impact defects.
- Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to translate requirements into test plans.
What You Bring:
- 6–8+ years in Data Quality Engineering and Data Engineering.
- Expert-level SQL and strong scripting in Python or Java.
- Deep experience with healthcare data types and cloud environments like AWS and Databricks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Delta Lake, Spark, Airflow, dbt, or event-driven architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of schema evolution management (Parquet, Avro, ORC).
- Experience with Terraform, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
