Job Description
We're looking for a Program Manager to empower our product teams to conduct effective self-service research. In this role, you'll create and maintain the infrastructure that democratizes user research across Discord, enabling designers, product managers, and engineers to gather valuable user insights independently. This includes designing self-serve research systems and processes for PMs and Designers, managing partnerships with external UXR platforms, and creating/maintaining documentation and training materials. The position is temporary and US based only.
