Job Description

Monitor and Optimize Site Performance:

Track PV and storage system performance using advanced data analytics tools
Diagnose root causes using operational data and engineering knowledge
Prioritize and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution

Strengthen Operational Reporting and Insights:

Develop clear production reports and summaries of field service activities
Support ongoing root-cause investigations and maintain thorough documentation
Prepare performance reporting to lenders, highlighting production trends

What You’ll Bring:

A technical educational background such as a STEM bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience as a performance engineer for a power plant operator
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and quantify performance issues
