Staff or Senior Product Operations Manager

We're looking for a Staff or Senior Product Operations Manager to join our fast-moving, cross-functional group focused on internal systems and automation. This role supports the Deel AI, Workbench, and OPS Connect teams, helping translate strategy into execution by operationalizing workflows, streamlining tooling, and driving scalable automation across Deel. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure rollouts are successful, product adoption is strong, and complex internal systems are continuously optimized. You’ll be at the center of some of Deel’s most strategic work—helping us embed AI across our platform, boost operational efficiency, and enable faster decision-making through internal tooling. This is a high-impact role that requires someone who thrives in complexity, has a passion for systems thinking, and can delegate, align, and lead across a wide and evolving scope.
