Role and Impact:
- Drive the vision and execution of Docker’s data framework, providing the foundation for product and business intelligence that fuels critical insights across the company.
- Serve as a core member of the Data & Growth leadership team, with opportunities to stretch beyond the initial charter and work with the executive team on near-term and long-term data needs.
- Act as a trusted consultant for org-wide initiatives and a leadership resource for founding technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and execution for data modeling, delivering insights that prioritize projects aligning with business objectives and delivering measurable ROI.
- Establish and maintain Docker’s single source of truth for data, facilitating discussions with business leaders to align on data capabilities and objectives.
- Lead a team of high-performing data professionals, responsible for data governance, infrastructure management, advanced modeling, and machine learning foundation.
