Impact:
- Explore and assess infrastructure architecture to identify risks and opportunities, building a roadmap based on your findings.
- Support the consolidation of two infrastructure stacks into a unified platform with minimal disruption.
- Help the engineering team increase maturity around AI usage and standardize development tooling and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the platform roadmap, identifying fixes and new builds, and drive it forward without just following tickets.
- Lead infrastructure cost management, including optimizing high proxy expenses without compromising performance or security.
- Strengthen security measures to protect against continuous threats and attacks on the platform.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of platform or DevOps engineering experience at scale, with a track record of driving infrastructure improvements and change.
- Strong Kubernetes expertise and experience with containerization for large-scale deployments, plus Infrastructure as Code proficiency with Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus, excellent communication skills for a remote async environment, and a practical track record of using AI tools for concrete outcomes.
