Job Description
Assists with referrals by determining and verifying insurance coverage and coordination of benefits from all sources. This position completes insurance authorization and answers infusion financial questions. The role ensures proper, adequate, and timely authorization to ensure timely services. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in pharmacy, infusion, or the prior authorization process, and Epic experience.
