Product Designer

InPost Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial UX/UI designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that solve real problems. The right person will play a critical role in improving our customer experience and build a best-in-class experience to delight our customers, collaborate with PMs and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, use research and data to inform and iterate on design solutions and contribute to design principles and framework for the group to offer high quality solutions. On this position you will conduct user research, analyze research findings to inform design decisions, translate product requirements and user research into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Iterate based on feedback. Create high-fidelity visual designs, conduct usability testing, collaborate with stakeholders, communicate design rationale and contribute to InPost's design system.
