New Consultant CMS

Mission Scope:

• This role focuses on supporting the team's daily technical work in a time & materials context, not classic backend development.
• Requires building CMS plugins from the ground up and working across 3 to 5 platforms with genuine fluency in each architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured code reviews across all active CMS plugin repositories and define best practices for PHP OOP and CMS-specific module architecture.
• Run regular pair programming sessions with mid-level developers to upskill the team and build a shared understanding of plugin development.

Tools and Requirements:

• Must have native PHP mastery specific to CMS plugin development and hands-on experience with at least 2 CMS platforms like PrestaShop or Magento.
• Requires unit testing expertise and a tech lead posture to set quality standards and drive team-wide improvements.

Team and Values:
