Senior Backend Engineer - AI Agents

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our AI Agents team. This is a high-impact role aimed at driving the technical evolution of our platform. Deep expertise in Python, Domain-Driven Design, and modern DevOps practices is essential. You will have the chance to work with technologies such as FastApi, OpenFGA, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes,.. to create new features, paying special attention to quality. In your role, you will design, develop, and operate scalable backend services using Python 3 and FastAPI, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Frontend engineers to deliver impactful features. You will also mentor and support other engineers, ensuring code quality through test automation and CI/CD pipelines and deploying and scaling services using Kubernetes and Docker.
