Senior Director, Engineering

We're hiring a Senior Director of Engineering to lead at the intersection of product vision, technical strategy, and organizational scale. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, you’ll oversee a 30+ person engineering org through two Directors (Platform and Application Engineering) and take full ownership of architecture, delivery, and team performance. This is a mission-critical role. You won’t just “manage” engineering: you’ll shape what we build, how we build it, and how fast we get there. You’ll own cross-functional initiatives that power our growth and differentiation in a fast-evolving ad tech space.
