Credit Finance Lead

Looking for a Credit Lead to join our team and help us ensure solid, efficient financial management within our growth. If you have experience in tracking credit portfolios, are motivated by debt recovery and managing third-party collection companies, this is your opportunity. You will be responsible for continuous monitoring of customer portfolio delinquency, identifying risks and trends, designing and implementing strategies and action plans for debt recovery, managing and supervising the relationship with third-party companies, analyzing data and preparing periodic reports, negotiating payment plans with clients, and collaborating with internal teams. You should have solid experience in credit management, a proactive and results-oriented approach, negotiation and communication skills, data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently.
