About the Role:
- Own a portfolio of temperature-controlled and perishable cargo claims from filing to final resolution.
- Investigate reefer temperature deviations, transit delays, and USDA inspection results.
- Negotiate settlements with shippers, carriers, and insurance adjusters within authority levels.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of cargo claims management experience in 3PL or freight brokerage.
- Deep knowledge of PACA, Carmack Amendment, USDA standards, and FSMA.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills.
