Chief Financial & Legal Officer

Role Overview:

• Executive-level responsibility to shape financial and legal strategy and influence long-term business development.
• Exposure to international operations, diverse markets, and cross-border business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Finance, Accounting, and Legal functions.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis with actionable insights.
• Manage corporate and commercial legal matters, governance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in a senior financial leadership role such as CFO or Finance Director with legal exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate finance, FP&A, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Practical understanding of corporate and commercial law, tax, audit, and internal controls.
