Clinical Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Supervise crisis behavioral health therapists.
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnosis.
- Build therapeutic alliance with patients.
Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly and ad hoc clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
- Review and co-sign clinical documentation, treatment plans, and risk assessments.
- Support clinicians in managing complex clinical presentations.
Supervisor Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist license in New York.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience post-licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience providing clinical oversight to licensed and/or pre-licensed clinicians.
