Job Description

Owns the design and optimization of the physical store experience, including the overall design, operating model, and in-store processes. This includes leading assortment optimization, product flow, adjacencies, and fixture selection. Develop modular, scalable, and adaptable layout plans that align with strategic direction. Leverage internal data, customer insights, retail trends, and hard discount principles to recommend improvements that enhance cost efficiency and enable long-term scalability. Design store-level merchandising plans that optimize space and deliver a streamlined, high-margin, high-turnover product mix. Develop an operating model with streamlined processes and supporting SOPs that enhance store productivity and ensure consistent in-store execution, with proven practices and learnings that can be scaled across the chain. Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Merchandising, Franchise Relations, Marketing, and Supply Chain, while owning decisions and execution for layout and assortment plans that align with strategic direction. Leads store pilots and new store openings from planning through post-launch evaluation, while overseeing testing and prototyping in the Tiger’s Den (Innovation Center) to validate layout, fixture, and merchandising strategies for broader rollout. Manages P&L performance during pilot phases, tracking sales, margin, productivity, and inventory to validate format effectiveness.
