Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive Product Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of product marketing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute product marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven campaign recommendations to market Kayzen’s products and services. The role involves developing product marketing strategies to promote products, leading the creation of compelling content, and working closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing execution with business objectives. Responsibilities include gathering feedback from customers and internal teams to refine product marketing strategies and monitoring the performance of marketing strategies against team KPIs, and leveraging MarTech and AI tools to track and improve key metrics. (Desirably) Managing and enhancing the company’s website, leveraging analytics strategies to boost visibility and engagement, and designing and implementing lead generation and nurturing campaigns across various channels.
