Staff Software Engineer

Technical Leadership & Architecture:

• Define and champion the long-term vision for the Front End architecture.
• Drive engineering standards, ensuring code quality through linting, testing, and accessible design.
• Own the lifecycle of the Front End from local development to production.

Product Partnership & Strategy:

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Drive large cross-team initiatives from start to finish.
• Develop a deep understanding of the clinical trial domain to solve business problems.

Mentorship & Culture:

• Actively mentor engineers, helping them understand design patterns and debugging techniques.
• Foster collaboration between Backend and Frontend, ensuring API contracts are robust.

Who You Are:

• You have 10+ years of experience and understand the history of web development.
• You have deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS/Styling architectures.
• You have strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, CDN configuration, and production troubleshooting.
