About the Role:
- Maintain financial stability and strengthen internal accounting processes across the organization.
- Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, accounts payable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Support leadership with accurate, actionable insights in a fully remote role.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day accounting, cash management, and financial system maintenance.
- Prepare quarterly reconciliations and budget-versus-actual reporting.
- Coordinate payroll and expense compliance with internal teams.
What They're Looking For:
- Experience managing finance operations and budgets of at least $1 million.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP for nonprofit 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities.
- Excellent spreadsheet, analytical, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary of $88,000 to $102,500.
