Senior Staff Accountant

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our franchise business operations. Reporting directly to our lead CPA, you will complete day-to-day accounting activities while helping to build and refine financial systems as we scale. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional back-office work—your contributions will directly support both our accounting and operational functions. You’ll collaborate closely with the team, manage vendor relationships, and take ownership of bookkeeping, accounts payables, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial best practices. Key responsibilities include performing monthly reconciliations, general ledger management, preparing and filing taxes, and handling reporting needs across club-level operations.
