Role Overview:
- Work closely with engineering, project managers, and customer-facing leads.
- Bring clarity to priorities, eliminate roadblocks, and strengthen communication.

Desired Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working with the Department of War.
- Ability to travel to the Pentagon weekly.
- Experience managing multiple or complex projects in Gitlab, Jira, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds, communicates, and executes project schedule.
- Monitors and communicates team member project allocations and staffing.
- Leads project team’s sprint planning, backlog management, and assignment tracking.
