Marketing Team Lead - E-Mobility (m/f/d)

Our Marketing Team Lead will own the complete marketing function at vaylens, overseeing growth and demand generation, as well as product and partner marketing. You will be the linchpin connecting product, sales, customer success, and partnerships — defining how vaylens is seen, how leads are generated, and how we win in our target markets. This role is perfect for someone strategic and execution-oriented; you’ll set vision and lead the team, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves and own critical initiatives when needed. Responsibilities for this role are up to you to define and (re)prioritise, such as: Growth and demand generation; Sales, product, and partner enablement; Team management.
