Product Designer

Help shape the future of the Staycation experience, an essential service for urban dwellers. Co-create simple, elegant solutions to complex problems, always keeping the user at the heart of everything you do. At Staycation, the product team is a cross-functional powerhouse made up of Developers, Product Managers, and Product Designers. You'll be involved in every stage of the product development process—from identifying user needs and defining solutions to delivery and continuous improvement. You'll know our Personas inside out: their constraints, their needs, their pain points—and you’ll make sure their voice is heard throughout the design process. You'll implement design processes, take ownership of the design system, and ensure a top-quality experience in the final product, working closely with developers. You’ll collaborate with other Product and Visual Designers to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll bring in top creative talent to maximize delight in the product. Establish strong User Research processes and conduct in-depth user research to define Personas and understand their needs.
