Job Description
The Legal Associate will manage the CLM system, update templates, assist with reporting the contracting patterns. They will conduct legal research on data privacy, intellectual property and regulatory compliance and summarize research findings. They will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements, maintain a contract database and track key deadlines and obligations. Assist with IP filings, litigation matters, gathering documents, preparing legal filings, and coordinating with outside counsel. They will provide general administrative and legal support to the legal team.
