Regulatory Analyst - Focus on Financial Institutions

Act in the regulatory front related to  SCFI (Credit, Financing, and Investment Company) , ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations applicable to financial institutions. Collaborate in the regulatory transition process to a  Type 3 Conglomerate , participating in the definition and execution of strategies for institutional restructuring and operational alignment. Support the execution and monitoring of the  Regulatory Compliance Adjustment Plan , ensuring that obligations, deadlines, and responsibilities are properly met. Assist in the implementation of  internal controls, governance practices, and reporting routines , including capital requirements, risk management, and compliance with COSIF standards. Work closely with the  Finance, Legal, Risk, and Product  teams to adapt policies and operational flows to the regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions. Monitor and interpret regulatory updates from the  Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN)  and other supervisory bodies, providing strategic guidance and ensuring fast and effective organizational responses. Identify  compliance gaps  in the context of financial institutions and support the development and execution of  corrective action plans . Promote a  compliance culture and continuous improvement , contributing to training, internal development, and alignment regarding the specific obligations of entities classified as SCFI.
