Area Manager - Florida Market

The Area Manager leads a team upholding Weight Watcher’s Value-Driven Culture. Area Managers will collaborate closely with the Regional Leadership team to consistently drive high performance in both people and operations to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring an exceptional experience for both members and employees. Key responsibilities include talent management and engagement, team development, executing the IRL Strategy and adhering to company policies. They are also responsible for territory performance and using reporting tools to manage growth and retention.
