What You’ll Do:
- Perform financial planning and analysis including budget-to-actual variance, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Conduct operational analysis and process improvement to identify opportunities and improve reporting accuracy.
- Maintain data integrity and support leadership decision-making with accurate financial and operational data.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field and 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
