Strategy & cross-functional leadership:
- Partner with Account Management to translate client goals into campaign architectures that use our tech stack effectively.
- Collaborate with the CTO and Product Team on the next evolution of our stack, including the build-out of our omnichannel and technology capabilities.
- Stay close to the market, bring in new practices and technologies that keep linqd. ahead.
Tech stack ownership:
- Build agile, repeatable processes for setting up customer journeys and campaign elements across email, SMS, voice, and emerging channels.
- Partner with the analytics and data team to make sure the right data connections are in place to power campaign execution and measurement.
- Continuously monitor and optimize live campaigns to Account Management.
Client engagement:
- Serve as a client-facing partner alongside Account Management, attending client meetings, presenting campaign performance and recommendations
- Participate in client campaign audits and reviews, bringing forward data-backed insights and optimization opportunities.
- Build trust with clients as the go-to voice on tech stack capabilities.
