Role Summary:
- Partner with Marketing leadership to own planning, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Connect marketing performance to pipeline, topline growth, ROI, and financial targets.
- Provide decision support to optimize resources and align spend with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting for Marketing.
- Manage analysis of marketing-driven pipeline, bookings, and conversion rates.
- Develop financial models and executive reporting to highlight risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience with strong modeling skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and FP&A platforms like SAP, NetSuite, or Anaplan.
