Off Site Data Entry Operator

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Off Site Data Entry Operator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Enter patient information and medical records into our electronic database with a high level of accuracy. Review and verify accuracy of data entered in the system. Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Follow data validation procedures and maintain data integrity. Communicate with off-site team members to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate. Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members. Perform routine data backups and updates as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information. Collaborate with other team members to implement process improvements and enhance data entry procedures. Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
