Job Description
The Quality Tester (QA) is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications on the Media Cloud platform. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved. Key responsibilities include designing and executing test plans for Salesforce applications on the Media Cloud platform, utilizing OmniScript and OmniStudio technologies to enhance testing capabilities, and performing regression testing.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining proper documentation of test cases and results, staying updated on Salesforce releases and testing best practices, and collaborating with developers to ensure issues are resolved.
