This is an operations-heavy role designed for someone early in their career who’s eager to get hands-on experience across media, events, and marketing. You'll play a key role in supporting the execution of high-profile editorial events, newsletters, and advertising campaigns, managing the back-end systems that ensure our content reaches the right people at the right time.
Your responsibilities include building and managing event registration websites, managing email campaigns, supporting audience targeting, maintaining CRM records, coordinating ad placements, and generating reports. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, media, or events, strong organizational skills, proficiency with spreadsheets, is a proactive communicator, and a team player.
