Support the sales pipeline through lead sourcing, outreach, and appointment setting. This role involves identifying potential clients, qualifying leads through discovery calls, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is experienced in outbound communication, organized in CRM usage (preferably CRM), and comfortable using Zoom and Google Workspace for daily tasks. Key Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to prospects and leads, qualifying leads based on provided criteria, setting and managing appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off of leads, using Zoom for virtual meetings and follow-ups, and managing and organizing daily activities via Google Workspace tools. Qualifications include proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, comfort using Zoom and Google Workspace, and being organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
