About the Role:
- Creators are a core growth lever.
- You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, creative, social, and performance.
- Ensuring creator-led content drives impact across the funnel.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Lead Gametime’s creator relationship strategy.
- Source, negotiate, brief, and own end-to-end the direct relationships with creators.
- Partner with Creative and Growth to build a forward-looking and scalable UGC program.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in influencer, creator, or UGC marketing.
- Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator relationships directly.
- Strong understanding of UGC for mobile performance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in mobile apps or consumer marketplaces.
- Experience building or managing a creator ambassador or community program.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments.
