Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Creator Program Lead and VIP creators to design standout initiatives.
- Help shape projects from concept to launch, balancing creative ambition with operational reality.
- Align internal stakeholders early to ensure clarity on goals, scope, and success metrics.
END-TO-END PROJECT OWNERSHIP:
- Act as the single owner for VIP creator initiatives, responsible for timelines, coordination, and delivery.
- Pull in the right internal resources to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep momentum high from kickoff to completion.
EXECUTION, REPORTING & OPTIMIZATION:
- Track performance against defined goals and timelines.
- Report progress clearly and regularly to internal stakeholders and creators.
- Surface issues early and proactively propose solutions.
CREATOR LIAISON:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP creators on active projects.
- Manage communication with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
- Help channel big ideas into executable plans.
