Design staffing models, forecast patient volumes, and build a world-class team of behavioral health clinicians while establishing sustainable operational processes for growth. Develop and implement clinical quality frameworks, monitor care outcomes, and provide clinical supervision to maintain the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Own service performance post-launch, analyzing data to meet KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance the patient experience.
