Lead the end-to-end development of Solace's behavioral health service, creating a comprehensive strategy that seamlessly integrates with our primary advocate services to better serve patients with mental health needs. Create compelling business cases for behavioral health services, establishing the clinical and financial rationale for this expansion while identifying key success metrics and growth opportunities. Write evidence-based clinical protocols and operational workflows that ensure high-quality, consistent care delivery while meeting regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Design staffing models, forecast patient volumes, and build a world-class team of behavioral health clinicians while establishing sustainable operational processes for growth. Develop and implement clinical quality frameworks, monitor care outcomes, and provide clinical supervision to maintain the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Own service performance post-launch, analyzing data to meet KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance the patient experience. Maintain direct clinical work to ensure deep understanding of service delivery and patient needs, informing strategic decisions with real-world insights.
