Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
- Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Qualifications:
- Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) and licensed in California.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
